Carter & Tardola - Educational Consultants

Carter & Tardola Educational Consultants was established in 1983. Our intercultural, mixed-gender team provides Intercultural training, Management & editorial services, Proposal critiquing and writing, and Program evaluation nationally. The Principals have maintained their connection with higher educational institutions through the Deanship of the College of Lifelong Learning, Wayne State University, and the teaching of French, African and African-American topics in small private liberal arts colleges. Trainers in proposal development, language skills, and diversity; program evaluators for universities, organizations, governmental programs and community agencies, the Carter & Tardola team have authored books and articles on critical thinking skills development, African-American community concerns, educational opportunity and language skills development.
